These terms cover your use of tasker.ninja and its topic sites (together, “Tasker”). By using Tasker you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links go there. You’re responsible for what’s published from your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the sheets and calculators you publish. By publishing, you give Tasker a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your content on Tasker, and you let other members fork it: copy it into their own account, change it and publish the result on Tasker with credit to you. This licence lasts while your content is on Tasker. Forks other members already made stay with them if you delete yours.

You confirm you have the right to publish what you post, and that it follows the content policy. Don’t post material you copied from a copyrighted source, such as a licensed assessment scale or a paid reference, unless you have permission.

Not professional advice

Content on Tasker is written by members and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It isn’t professional advice of any kind, including medical, nursing, pharmacy, electrical or engineering advice, and it doesn’t replace training, professional judgment, codes and standards, your employer’s policies, a prescriber’s order or product labeling. Check anything that matters against an authoritative source before you rely on it. Calculators give results only as good as their formulas and the numbers you enter.

On meds.tasker.ninja, drug label text comes from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s openFDA service and may not be the latest label. Tasker is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FDA.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the content policy, or where we’re legally required to. We’re not obliged to review content before it’s published.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Tasker infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact address that will be posted here that identifies the work, the page where the material appears, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove material in response to valid notices, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Acceptable use

Don’t break the law using Tasker, interfere with its operation, try to get around its security or limits, automate account creation, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.

No warranty

Tasker is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or end any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tasker and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on content published by members.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Tasker after a change means you accept it.
